Making Projects Work, Inc. (MPW) is providing key leadership on the integrated owner's representative team responsible for all aspects of the MHJIT. This $1.4B project includes the design and construction of a new International Terminal and twelve-gate concourse connected to the existing 28-gate International Concourse 'E' and the rest of the airport through an extension of the Automated People Mover system. Once complete the MHJIT will process all international passengers for the forty-gate international complex.

Making Projects Work, Inc. (MPW) lead the Owner's Representative Team responsible for the management of all aspects of the project including program development, design and construction management, cost and schedule control and integration of the baggage system. The reconfigured ticketing lobby will accommodate local traffic growth by creating additional check-in capacity, increased circulation space, more efficient and intuitive passenger flows, and more efficient baggage handling.

Making Projects Work, Inc. (MPW) provided project management services for the Atlanta Streetcar, Inc. Peachtree Corridor Streetcar Feasibility Study to determine the feasibility of reintroducing Streetcar service along the Peachtree Street corridor utilizing its modern counterpart. The $335,000 study was conducted as a project development effort, detailing the concept of the Peachtree Streetcar line to a point where it can be evaluated and adopted by key public and private stakeholders.

Making Projects Work, Inc. (MPW) provided Owner Representation services for the Delta Air Lines’ Terminal ‘A’ Redevelopment Project at Boston Logan International Airport. The new Terminal ‘A’ offers a modern, state-of-the-art, customer friendly facility with improved access, expanded gate areas and enhanced technology at ticket counters and gates. Delta consolidated all of its operations, previously divided between two terminals, into the new terminal.
