Making Projects Work, Inc. (MPW) was formed in 1997 to offer a structured project management approach to the planning of complex projects. MPW’s hands-on involvement has lead to the successful delivery of projects in the field of aviation, construction, telecommunications, information technology and healthcare.

The MPW executive team consists of recognized experts each with over twenty years of experience in the field of project management. The executive team has worked together during a period of twelve years to successfully deliver several multimillion dollar time and budget sensitive projects for clients such as Delta Air Lines, Inc., BellSouth Corporation, Atlanta Centennial Olympics Games Committee and Hartsfield Atlanta International Airport.
